This is my changes to your project

Modify the TLD of cpasbien (.pw to .io)
Refactor the cli.js with declaration of settings (url and options) in top of the file. I think it's better when we have to change an url (maybe I'm wrong).

Edit: forget to change the url of rargb

This is a much nicer way of handling this could you add eztv ? Was added recently then i'll gladly merge this.
