Feedback Support #12

This PR adds feedback (More like this, Less like this) icon options to the newsletter template which correctly navigates the user to the specific post for the feedback. This data is directly saved via Ghost & is easily retrievable via the Admin API.

This option is configurable from Settings > Newsletter Settings.

This also needs to be updated since we may have multiple {MEMBER_UUID}.
