Follow-up from Adam...

I said that the sizeChange events weren't firing. However testing now that 
doesn't seem to be the case.  

However what I do see if that when I expand from a 320x50 the sizeChange event 
fires with width=320, height=480 and the current mraid.getState() is expanded 
(which is correct/as expected).  However when I close the ad I get a sizeChange 
event with width=320, height=50 and the current mraid.getState() is still 
expanded.  The state doesn't seem to be correct right?
