Misleading ormma-only method mraid.getSize should be removed #4

The MRAID implementation within the webtester expose the method mraid.getSize 
which is an ORMMA originated method, and was not included into the MRAID 2.0 
standard.

A test for this method is also available on the test-ad sample creative, this 
should be removed to avoid to mislead developers.

This should be resolved in the latest update which put the project inline with 
the IAB compliance ads. OK to retest.
