mraid.js loading fails - or is missing at all #5

Hey guys,

I want to test a rich media app with expansion from my adserver. The adserver 
serves a full HTML page and includes - as suggested - the script tag with the 
mraid.js right at the beginning of the header.

When I test the page from the Flight Section, by URL, No Fragment and hit 
enter, the device popup opens, but doesn't show the ad. Once I open the 
webinspector it marks the mraid.js as not retreivable - because it of course 
isn't on the server as usually the SDK injects it.

How does the web-tester inject the mraid.js? If it is not found, of course no 
ready or loading event gets fired, and the whole bootstrapping is broken.

What's the alternative way to test this?

I'm using MRAID 2.0 and also tried to checkout the latest version from the SVN. 
Locally run it shows the ad but also doesn't inject any mraid.js which also 
breakes the bootstrapping.

We've refactored the "ready" code with the latest update, so you may want to 
try again.
