3 years ago Everything works with 11.4 except for 3 problems: 1- The audio does not work 2- The wifi is not good sometimes it goes sometimes not it is not stable 3- When I start or install or Mac despite changing even SMBIOS to Generic on Opencore, it takes a long time to start the integrated graphics card ... the sequence whether it is verbose or non-verbose does the same .... Specifically: In verbose it starts up it does all the writings then it does blackscreen and after a few minutes (5) you see the password screen directly. same without verbose, you turn it on part with the Apple logo then black screen a few minutes (5) and it makes me go directly to the password screen.
1) I have an ALC257 in my laptop. Yours may be different. you can take a look at https://github.com/acidanthera/applealc/wiki/supported-codecs and depending on your driver, set your layout-id to Open Core 2) Please note that I am using an original board from a mac computer - Broadcom BCM94322. WiFi settings may also differ from yours 3) Updated to 0.7.0, try resetting nvram. There should be no problem in the latest build.
