Working but had to reinstall MPD #1

Thanks for this! I was searching for a solution and assumed the issue was with my server.json file - it wasn't. I was getting MPD errors after using your code but a simple reinstall of MPD seemed to do the trick. I would love to see the volume smoothing feature working, but at least I can now use my players (which I haven't been able to do since 10/1/2021 I am using multiple Rasp Pi 4s. Happy to help test if you figure anything out,

You're very welcome. Yeah, as noted, the MPD IP value in the file doesn't work for me either, but I wanted to leave it at the default for everyone else. Glad you got it working.
