GetGoals() error #24

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. conf<-Configuration()
2. conf$GetGoals()
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Error in do.call(rbind, df.param$id) : second argument must be a list

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4 on Win 7

Please provide any additional information below.

Hi.. Even I am getting the same error while running 
conf <- Configuration()
ga.account <- conf$GetAccounts()

I'm trying this out on on 1.4 on Win7..
