3.8.3 shows app information on android 5.1, but 4.0 does not #52

For 4.0.2 minSdk=26, targetSdk=19 I thought this was just finger trouble, but when I switched them round, the program loads for Sdk=22 but the app data is not available even after giving permission, whereas 3.8.3 works fine.. Oneplus One, not rooted, Android 5.1.1, OxygenOS 2.1.4
