It should have a option when it connects to a webserver and sends it's IP.
Than when it changes the IP (over 3g it's every time) the page gets the new IP
and redirects it automaticaly

Good idea, but it would at least need some kind of static server. Maybe dynamic
DNS? A site you log in to and conenct the phone to?

I prefer dynamic DNS with subdomains, but I'm not sure if anybody are willing
to run it completely for free. WiFi Keyboard should then be able to handle it
by itself if somebody decides to run a service like it for this.

You could use the DynDNS client that already exists with existing ddns
services, but it's not so easy for most people.

It is possible if the browser holds a connection to an external server (e.g.
running on appengine) which will notify it that the phone url is changed. Phone
will need to notify the external server with the new ip address. I think it
will raise a lot of privacy questions from users together with the missing
security on the keyboard server on phone. It is low on my priority list.

Actually, it is possible to change the way users interact with wifikeyboard.
Instead of connecting to the phone directly - connect to a site, it will open
iframe with the current site served from phone, when phone ip changes - update
the iframe.
