This is what I did ... please tell if I missed anything.
1. changed the settings for 'language & input' .. turned on WiFiKeyboard.
2. opened android's default 'messaging' touched and held for a second, NO
OPTION FOR WiFiKeyboard APPEARED.
3. so I skipped that step ... tried ALL THE URLs on my PC (with, of course,
both my phone & PC connected to WiFi) error message was displayed.
tried again several times .. no change
My phone is Sony Experia Neo L .. with android Ice Cream Sandwich
Please tell if I missed anything or suggest a solution.
