Use fecr instead of fenics-numpy-adjoint #2

I've updated the firedrake-numpy-adjoint repo to support both FEniCS and Firedrake. It was also renamed to fecr (Finite Element Chain Rules).

Now fenics-pymc3 despite its name also supports Firedrake.
