Hi Ivar,

Thank you for making this useful tool! I was wondering if it is possible to know the read length percentiles also for each taxa assignment.

Hi Hena!

Currently Conifer doesn't support this feature. The read length is a theoretically unconstrained value so current approach for percentile calculation wouldn't work. Maybe I can whip up some prototype for the solution to this problem and see whether to integrate in Conifer or keep as separate tool.
