Unfortunately, although I created this PR from a new branch off the previous, this PR still seems to have all the commits going back to where my fork was sync'd. Not sure what merge will do, ideally it will layer properly on top of the previous PR.
This PR contains various cleanup, starting with moving images to assets directory, cleaning up the file order in the navigation pane (added a script to manage those), tidied up the inline TOC for Specifications and Resources.
I also took some pretty nonsense pages (password management, site admin) out of navigation as part of this change.
Added a little prose where pages looked like they were missing any description of content, for example the Specifications page just went right into the download links without any TOC or description.
Issues:
32 for practical purposes (I looked at every file and internal links, but should be reviewed by someone else). I'm sure there are some links here and there to obsolete info I haven't updated, but internal links (where they used to work) look pretty good.
14 Removed everything that was clearly cruft, but left some stuff in case we want for new driver registry (unlikely)
13 -- sort of, I convinced myself this isn't free with just-the-docs, and we really dont need it
