Fix bad CSS URLs that make the rendered site broken on GH Pages #68

I was able to write a CSS file and style the excerpts for the blog, and also one paragraph on the home page.

I'm not certain what all was in this item, but I think it is set. (BTW, this was another that worked with a local server, but took some tweaking to resolve for github pages).
