Fixup current members organization #79

Need to cleanup the organization of current members after the current PRs are complete. It needs to be integrated into the rewrite-navorder.sh script. Probably the file should be moved.

Current members now seems to be functioning correctly -- that is, it tracks the old website with a couple of incremental corrections.
