This PR includes lots of little details including:
Moving and renaming a few files to simplify organization (got rid of VXpnp and SCPI directories)
wording in several places (stuff on VXIp&p all past tense, lots of driver stuff didn't call out driver domain, wording)
Removed the place holder for site-map
Updated the footer a little -- added contact us and formatting
