[Important] Make bloodsugar input work #54

I need the bloodsugar level input to work properly to test the recommendation for bloodsugar input. As stated in another issue there should also be the possibility to state the time and date the measurement relates to.

It is working now. I tested it just for the settings fragment. Just error handling is missing
