[Measurment Input] Avoid same time/Override last measurment input

The timestamp has to be unique. So if you input the bloodsugar twice at the same time the app will crash. Solutions:

• avoid when inputting by the user
• override old measurement when user inputs the value at the same time
• make the timestamp not unique

Fixed. Timestamp ist set to current time per default. Seconds are included too.
