Dear Ivona Tautkutė

You see that even you as an expert sometimes open issues in GitHub reps and ask for solutions , here is examples where you opened issues and "get the responses " :

Your code doesn't go well and nothing works I tried many configurations, if it is not possible for you to debug the code would you please at least reply to these issues :

I am sorry for the issues, this repository comes from an old project that was more experimental than production-ready code. Moreover, many of the libraries that the app depended on became outdated and broke the code.

The error that you have described is due to missing files that need to be generated for your dataset.

I will archive this repository as it is has become unusable.
