Optimize, Inject blackjack & hookers, Clean & use different vlc-prebuilt repo.

Adds x64 VLC support & more robust platform/architecture checking.

@luigiplr merged. Think about it a bit more too because I haven't tested or checked it

I love that you're using a new vlc-prebuilt repo, since I'm using a fixed version of wcjs-prebuilt to avoid new versions breaking my stuff, so if the original vlc-prebuilt is changed, it would break my old wcjs-prebuilt.

with all the best feelings, be warned that some day someone is going to get very pissed at your commit messages :D
