Bug: In-App Notification Appears After a Certain Period No Matter What I Do

Description:

Why do these notifications pop up after a certain period? I've already done everything the notifications suggest me to do. The notification settings of the app are turned off, but I still receive these notifications. This is really annoying. It feels like in-app ads.

The notifications can't know if you joined Telegram. They appear after N transactions and disappear when you press the "X". in-app notifications does not depend on Android system settings. Maybe we should just reduce the number of such notifications.
