[BUG] Incorrect time shown in exported csv file #3422

Please confirm the following

[X] I checked the current issues for duplicate problems

Describe the bug

This is a transaction in the Ivy Wallet app [Image 1] And this is the same transaction in the csv file. [Image 2] I think this issue might be related to #3402

To Reproduce

Go to settings
Export CSV File
Some transactions have incorrect time.

Expected behavior

No response
