[BUG] Transaction not display in home page but display in categories #3448

Please confirm the following

Describe the bug

I added a transaction, but it did not show in the main transactions. After that, I found the added transaction, which could be found in the categories interface.

To Reproduce

  1. today, aug 31, utc+8 about 17:00. Add a transaction
  2. not found in main transaction
  3. click Expensens
  4. click "Food & Drinks"
  5. found it. see picture 2 (display in categories)

Expected behavior

No response

And it causes the two data to be out of sync

depend on the bug, I added the transaction at 16:55 (UTC+8), but it actually shows as 08:55 (UTC+0). About this issue, if I manually modify the time earlier than 08, such as 07:55, then it correctly shows in aug 31.
