Show various car component temperatures #205

I think it would be nice to be able to see temperatures of the components the car is monitoring. Assuming that those are exposed and not hidden. https://github.com/Ixam97/CarStatsViewer/issues/138 seems to be talking about external temperature (which would be also nice) but I would love to see other statistics also.

It is not possible to ready any internal temperatures sadly.
