Oscillator 2 reverts to 0.00 frequency when using Arturia KS Arpeggiator #51

So this is really bizarre....Oscillator 2 reverts to 0.00 frequency when I disengage from Arturia KeyStep 37 Arpeggiator. It only happens when I have the midi controller in hold mode, and it only happens to the 2nd oscillator. If I exit the patch, then reload, everything is fine.

it would be worthy checking the midi events from the keystep, maybe some CC is sent when arpeggiator is stopped.

Thanks for your response. I believe you’re right since it doesn’t happen with other midi controllers.

According to the keystep 37 manual, you can change it with the Arturia "Midi control center" software.

The Arturia Midi Control Software is pretty useless. It's possible I'm just not skilled enough with the software to figure it out....Turns out, the issue is worse than I thought. Using the keystep sequencer changes all the oscillator frequencies to 10.5, then erases them to 0.0 when I hit stop. I requested tech support from Arturia, but have yet to hear anything.

On the preenFm, you can disable CC receiving in Menu > Config > Receives CC

But it would be better to fix it at the source, check page 96-97 : https://dl.arturia.net/products/keystep-37/manual/keystep-37_Manual_1_1_EN.pdf
