Extracts raw name from QR url #11

URL params format: ALPHA-NUMERIC-BLK+ | Place name | "SE"* Challenge is that

  1. RAW NAME may not be related to real venue name at all (rare case).
  2. Unable easily distinguish alpha numeric block from place name and hence their separation.
  3. place name can span across multiple dash separated blocks
