(Bug): Cache is not purged for a guild after a user registers. #75

Reproducing the issue

  1. /rank image

  2. Register a user image

  3. /rank image

Expected it to show 2 users (IzStriker, djpiper28)

Restarting the bot purges the cache and has the expected result image

Cache hits can also be seen in my Grafana (green = hit, yellow = miss) image
