In the Home Page I would suggest replacing "an allergic" with "an allergy sufferer" or with an adjective "allergic".

In Chocolate Muffins Recipe there is an unnecessary dot after "12 muffins". I would capitalize first letters in the list entitled "Preparation before you bake" and would end them with dots. and only fill HALF of maybe => and fill only HALF of each muffin cup Use the mixer to combine all ingredients.(Note: => a space is missing

In "Butter biscuits": is clean but dry => is clean and dry a solid and greasy in touch ball. => a solid and greasy ball in touch I would divide the instructions into smaller parts. For example before step 13 I would give a subtitle such as "AFTER 1 HOUR".

All in all, the guide is clear and easy to follow and contains all necessary instructions and recommendations.

In "Substitutes" => Milk I would write "PLENTY OF types" In "Other tools" => Baking paper => Regardless of your choice ("of" is missing) Regardless of your choice, before you put anything inside, you should put in baking paper first. (I added a comma) In "Butter Biscuits Recipe", step 8 - I would put it as a note as it's not the essential part of the instructions.
