Here is the result of the command sudo cat /sys/class/hidraw/hidraw*/device/uevent | egrep 'HID_(NAME|ID)' :

It's an Ideapad LENOVO Y910-17, Intel i7-6820HK, W10-H 17.3" FHD, 24GB, 256GB SSD + 1TB [80V10018MZ] Bought in February 2017.
