The root cause plugin is MCSD; which I made myself. It adds a custom LoggerAppender, which forwards to RabbitMQ, but throws if the RabbitMQ connection dies (which may happen at times, I will handle such cases, but the behaviour of Arclight in such scenario is very worrying.)
In the log file, it does not look like the server actually crashed
