Suggest clearer variable and method names in ArclightImplementer and Util

Proposing updates to several identifier names in the ArclightImplementer constructor, and other places, to enhance code clarity and readability. This suggestion includes revising identifier names. These changes aim to facilitate better understanding and future maintenance of the codebase.
