death error #1398

[X] unable to reproduce in Spigot
[X] unable to reproduce in Forge

Description

When I die in my Minecraft world and press 'respawn', it gives errors in the console and I can no longer execute commands or talk in the game chat.

Step to reproduce

install FeudalKings/1.0.0-SNAPSHOT
install plugins (or not ?)
connect to the server
try to die
