Learn about connections to Cockroach Labs db from Google Cloud #59

Since Cockroach Labs uses Google Cloud to host the database, I'm wondering if there is a way for them to either manage a database in my network or at the very least, be able to ensure that the database that is managed by them exists within the same datacenter as my server does. That way, I don't have to pay a large time cost to send requests between datacenters.

CockroachDB offers a subscription for use within Google Cloud, but I need to investigate further
