IMPLEMENTED:

Backend Logic for selecting items and moving their offsets
Editing offsets with mouse dragging
Editing offsets precisely with Left Right, Up, and Down buttons
HUD items snapping to Origin and editing snap strength

TODO FOR 1.0

Changing the step precision for the precision offset buttons
Changing which HUD Item to edit offset (Toggle button or click to edit)
Changing HUD item origin points

Custom button textures
Preset HUD layouts
