Ability to change offset of Held Item Tooltip #15

It would be nice if, in addition to current offsets of the HUD, the Held Item Tooltip was also changeable! ^_^ Current options are in the same area, so it also kinda fits

Hi, I’m working on being able to offset absolutely everything so the tooltip will be included in that. Stay tuned!
