ability to align offsets to sides of screen #20

i use this mod to align my hotbar to the left, however this only works when my screen is set to 1920x1080, or otherwise the hotbar goes off the screen. being able to align stuff to the left or right and then apply offsets to that would be really helpful.

Hi, this is in the works. Has been implemented before, working on a reimplementation.
