Before we implement scripts to collect data, we need to be aware of the kind of data we need to collect.

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] A comment has been added to this ticket with the questions we are trying to answer for our visualizations.
[ ] A comment has been added to this ticket describing which API calls hold the information to answer the previous questions.

If we are going to use the Water Quality API, we need to determine what all of these parameters are:
