As a Site User I can like or unlike a post in the community section so that I can favorite content that I like

Acceptance Criteria

Have an icon that resembles something that is a like button
Have icons that resemble something that is a dislike button
Have the feature rendering on all posts

Tasks

[x] have a button to display the like button
[x] have a button to display the dislike button
[x] show the number of likes
[x] Show the number of dislikes
[x] Have it when a user has something liked but then disliked the like is retracted
