USER STORY: Sign out of account #15

As a Site User I can have the ability to log out of my account so that I am not currently always sign in.

Acceptance Criteria

have a button that will sign the user out of their account
After logging out they should be redirect to te sign in page

Tasks

[x] Create a link that will sign out the user
[x] Redirect the user back to the sign-in page
