USER STORY: Admin verification for delete

As an Admin I can see all the delete requests so that I can monitor how many requests there are

Acceptance Criteria:

• To verify the delete request the admin will need an area where they can access only.
• The admin can see all of the requests
• The admin can see why it is requested for delete
• The admin can see who has ask for the request
