USER STORY: Pinned Post in community section #32

As a Site Admin I can pin posts to the top of the order of posts so that other users can see a post of important Acceptance Criteria

Have a field on the post form that will allow the user to pin the comment
Have the post be pinned in the community page at the top of the post
Have the admin be only to pin post

Task

Add a field to the post form called pinned
Make the admin be only to see this field
Display the pinned comment in it position
