retarget using new UEretarget server complete pipeline

We need an example of how retargeting should be approached now with the new retargeting server in UE.

• [x] upload source and target meshes (fbx) First receive_fbx:{file_name}, to notify the server of the incoming file and its name Server responds with new port to send the fbx to, send it to this address. Server responds with "File received, path:{filepath}" Then import_fbx:filepath destination_paths look like "/Game/SkeletalMeshes/{mesh_name}"

• [x] request retarget and send from server First rig_retarget_send:source_mesh_path,target_mesh_path,animation_path source_mesh_path = "/Game/SkeletalMeshes/{mesh_name}" target_mesh_path = "/Game/SkeletalMeshes/{mesh_name}" animation_path = "/Game/Anims/{name}" keep connection open and wait for incoming file on EOF msg the file is completely send
• [ ] convert fbx to glb
• [ ] display retargeted animation

The very first thing should be, how do we know if an animation even needs to be retargeted.

we added an extra column to the fetch of an animation. It will tell us which skeletalMesh is used.
