All Users Backup #237

Hi, @J-D-K I am just playing with all latest features, and code to test the translation. And almost by accident I realized, when you launch «[Y] Dump All Saves» from main screen all backups for all users on the console are created, but not the correspondent DEVICE, BCAT or CACHE ones are created.

Should those be included on dump all saves or is better the user have to manually create them?

Thank you. I think device saves should be, but maybe not the other two.

Excellent mate, but I used to think some game have data needed by the user save paired on the BCAT, if I can recall Animal Crossing, or am I mixing unrelated things?
