You have a lot of autocommands based on filetype. You should probably use ftplugin for this. Also, given the scope of this repo, it might be better suited for a gist.

Thank you for the suggestions! I'll take a look at it. Honestly I've kind of neglected taking care of my dotfiles. Over the summer I'll have to clean everything up and update them.
