All failed to install.

Please provide a log taken after the failed attempt, otherwise we cannot have
any idea of what the reason may be.

HI,
Thanks a lot for your reply.
I installed log collector according to your suggestion and got the log.
F.Y.I, Below is what I did to get the log:
I used gomarket (a market app pre-installed in my mobile) to download
mytracks.app and tried to installed it, as usual, it won't install, then I quit
gomarket, and launched log collector and got the log.

Attached is the log.

08-29 22:33:59.029 E/PackageManager( 1265): Package
com.google.android.maps.mytracks requires unavailable shared library
com.google.android.maps; failing!

It appears your phone doesn't support Google Maps (the API, not the google maps
application), which sounds weird to me given it's a Droid X. Are you using the
default Android ROM for it (i.e. did you flash your phone, or are you using it
the way it came)? Your logs suggest you're using the stock version of the
Chinese DroidX, but I thought I'd ask.

Oh wait, I just saw it - you're not downloading it from Android Market, you're
downloading it from some third-party market app...that's why it's showing you
an application your phone doesn't support.

Please notice that we don't support distributing My Tracks over any other
market - e.g. you have no guarantee that it's the same version as you can find
on Android Market and on this site, as anyone could have downloaded the code,
added malware, compiled and distributed it - since it's not on Android Market,
it won't enforce the package's cryptographic signature as a way to be sure it
came from us.

Re: Comment 3, Comment 4

Thanks a lot for your reply!

I think both comment 3 and 4 are reasonable.

1. Maybe it is because of the damnned Chinese version Droid X, it is specially
for Chinese telecom, working on CDMA.

2. The reason I didn't directly download mytrack from official market is
because mytrack does not show in androidmarket app, even when I manually search
with the name, it doesn't show in search result.
Then, I search the it on https://market.android.com/ on my pc, I can find it,
but it says my device doesn't suppot this app, and the install feature is not
active.

Guess there is no way to install it on my phone.

Thanks a lot for your help!
