GPS is not turned on or there is no warning shown when starting to record a track #585

1. Open MyTracks while GPS is turned off
2. Start to record a track

It will start to record but there is no GPS signal so nothing is being 
recorded.  
Possible ways to fix:
- Show a warning that the GPS signal is off
- Redirected to the gps settings
- Turn on the gps automatically

I've had this for a couple of times now.  The speech will say "No Data" but 
this is only set to say something every 30 minutes so I don't have anything 
recorded all this time.
