Hi, seems that you are testing Github Pull Requests (PR) functionality... The pull request allow you to request the original work author to accept some changes that you have made.

In this case you have modified the default Bot Token, and that change can't be accepted in original code. Also, note that Bot token is an ID to allow anyone control your Bot Account, it must be private, so make sure to revoke that Token with BotFather.
