I've never used VIP systems, so I asked someone about this patch.

They say that removing the other tags would cause issues for VIP, as they'd count as admins with your patch, which could cause issues if chat warnings for admins is enabled, and a VIP player is cheating; don't wanna warn them that way. ;)

Leaving the "" empty causes issues tho? Could you tell me more about that?

Always worked fine for me tbf
