Create Animals and Readme

We need to build a Java console program that creates an animal class for 10 different animals. The console should be interactive and ask the user for parameters. Make if fun. Be sure to build out All the Java code for each class of animal. After you have built all the animal code, please build a README.md file that shows the class structure for the code base. Try to use mermaid diagrams and make the README very visual and easy for people to understand.
